The Chefs

David & Simona

David and Simona Allen are the Holistic Boot Camp’s in-house chefs, who use their experience and skill to create delicious organic meals. They will also help you to learn how to cook the delicious meals with cooking demonstrations.

Using organically sourced, plant-based food and lean protein, they will produce delightful dishes to meet your exact dietary requirements. As a result, you’ll be able to maximise your potential for a healthy, happy lifestyle and set your mind and body on the right path.

Rebecca Poole

The Holistic Boot Camp are happy to announce that Rebecca will be joining the team for July’s Boot Camp as one of the in-house Chefs. Rebecca is a very passionate chef who strives to educate people about healthy, nutritious food and creating new and exciting dishes. With each recipe she creates, she carefully researches each ingredient and combination to ensure they are scrumptious every single time! She believes in the benefits good and healthy food can have on the body, mind and soul.

Celebrity Trainers

Calum Best

TV Personality and Personal Trainer Calum Best is an experienced trainer with a lot of knowledge and expertise to share. His ethos is about showing up, being mindful, working hard and outdoing your best, this goes hand in hand with his training style.

Calum has already worked with us at our April boot camp and it was a great success for our clients to begin their journey.

Dan Osborne

Dan Osbourne has an extensive and earnest approach to personal fitness and is dedicated to maximising results for his clients.

The Holistic Boot Camp are excited to work with Dan Osborne. With his strapping physique and earnest approach to personal fitness he’s earned his stripes as the resident TOWIE hunk – and the plaudit has helped win Dan Osborne a new role as a Fitness Coach with the Holistic Boot Camp.

The beefy reality star will handle a full-body training regime focussing on many exercises for different muscle groups with the aim of maximising results for all of the visitors.

Sally Harding

Sally joined us on our April Boot Camp, and we are excited to announce that she will be joining the team for our July boot camp as a trainer. Her approach to fitness is a having a healthy body helps to achieve a health mind.

Yoga Instructors

We use yoga to help to wind down and train your mind and body. Our instructors will use their skill and expertise in yoga, mindfulness, and more to ensure you are encouraged to take back control of your health from the inside out and unlock your mind’s potential. We use Integrated Hatha Yoga and a fusion of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.
