Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to help you transform your mind, body, and soul by breaking down the barriers to a healthy and happy life through a combination of physical activity, nutrition, and Unconscious Mind Therapy, so you can leave looking and feel amazing. In order to change your life, you must be willing to change your mind.

Rob has really help me move forward in my personal life. This is why I have signed up for the retreat this April. I am excited to be able to progress my journey by making a positive change in my life and gain a different mind-set.

As well as Unconscious Mind Therapy, our holistic programme is jam-packed with carefully balanced high and low intensity sessions, including fat-busting cardio combined with morning runs, yoga, mindfulness and nutrition talks to make long-lasting changes to your mindset.

Robert Hisee

Unconcious Mind Therapist

Be guided by our in-house Unconscious Mind Therapist Robert Hisee, who has worked with a number of high profile clients to help them create the vision and mindset to get on the path to success.

He was one of the first therapists to set up a boot camp that specialised in therapy of the mind in 2015, called “Body and Mind Camp”. His clients achieved amazing results, so he decided to change the name and move overseas to Spain where the climate was a lot warmer.

Robert will help you change your thought process and enable you to alter the memory of past experiences that might be holding you back. Robert is passionate about helping you create the vision and mindset to get you on the path to success.
